Health Care
The provision of health care should be regarded as a public service, not as a for-profit activity. All medical professionals should be salaried.
A public service agency (PSA) should be established by the federal government to oversee the provision of health care services for the nation.
The federal PSA should establish five independent health care management services (HCMS).
Each health care management service (HCMS) should be overseen by a board of six directors.
Each state should be divided into medical districts, with some medical districts serving metropolitan regions and others serving rural areas.
The health care services of each medical district should be managed by a professional health care management service (HCMS) chosen by the residents of the district.
Every five years, an election should be held within each medical district to determine which health care management service (HCMS) should oversee their district's health care services.
